Attached is the 2^nd Annu­al Golf Scram­ble event fly­er, signup form, and spon­sor­ship form. Choose how you would like to par­tic­i­pate, print off the appro­pri­ate form, and bring it into the Parks Dept. of City Hall. (We also have them print­ed here at City Hall for you to fill out). 

We hope you will get involved this year to help the Walk­way of Lights con­tin­ue its mag­nif­i­cent pro­gram each year for the com­mu­ni­ty and vis­i­tors from near and far.
