Miller Pipeline will have the area on E. 38^th Street at the Nor­folk & South­ern Rail­road tracks (by the VA Hos­pi­tal) down to one lane. They are bor­ing a gas line under the tracks and heavy equip­ment will be in the vicin­i­ty. This work will begin Octo­ber 16^th till approx­i­mate­ly Octo­ber 30^th (weath­er per­mit­ting).
