Miller Pipeline/​Vectren will have E. 38^th Street closed from Nel­son Ave. to Cen­tral Ave. The truck detour will be Adams St. north­bound to the City Truck Route to S.R. 18 E., then east to Penn­syl­va­nia Ave., south­bound to Cen­tral Ave. (this is to JTrans Truck­ing). Trucks will be able to make local deliv­er­ies to VA, I&M, etc., but no fur­ther than Lin­coln Blvd. The clo­sure is sched­uled to last for 2 – 3 weeks, weath­er per­mit­ting.
