The City of Marion and Marion Police Department have partnered with Marion Community Schools to donate retired Police vehicles toward MCS’s School Resource Officer program. The vehicles will be used to make the SROs more mobile to move between the schools. The Police Department would like to continue the partnership and have vehicles available for all schools within the district.
