In August of 1963, Foreman and Sons opened their doors in downtown Marion. For nearly 60 years, their charming staff has been eager to serve the community with services ranging from gas, minor repairs, towing and even snacks.
In partnership with Marathon, Foreman’s serves as the only full-service gas station in Marion, IN. Customers may simply pull up to the tank and a small bell will ring inside the shop. Staff will then greet you in your vehicle with a smile, pump your gas and even clean your windshield.
While around 40% of their services are through the gas station and repair shop, their main source of income lies in 24-hour towing services. In fact, when asked what they wish the public knew about them, they replied, “We provide 24-hour towing and it all comes with a good attitude and maybe even a little humor!” We couldn’t agree more; this staff of just five employees gives cheerful services even when gas prices are through the roof. They hope you’ll come by even if gas price fluctuations continue. “We aren’t getting any richer when gas prices increase, so we hope you’ll still come see us!”
Another feature most folks may not know about this power-packed shop is that Foreman’s also provides a small snack bar for our downtown, complete with sodas, candy, and chips. This pit stop truly is full-service!
