Wash­ing­ton Street between 3rd and 4th Streets will be closed on Fri­day, Sept. 15th, 2023, from 4 – 10pm for the Fusion Arts Alliance’s ​“Con­gru­ence” Arts and Music Fes­ti­val (hap­pen­ing from 5 – 9pm).
