From Mar­i­on Utilities: 

There will be restrict­ed trav­el on Bald­win Ave. (SR 9/SR 37) at 10^th St. for a water main repair project start­ing Mon­day, Novem­ber 6^th, 2023. This is to repair a water main break in the mid­dle of SR 9 & 37 at 10^th St., and is a last-minute notice because of the water break emer­gency sta­tus. The road con­struc­tion and reduced one-lane trav­el should only last one week.
