Spencer Ave. between Washington and Nebraska St. will be closed from Monday Aug. 11th, 2025 at 7am until Thursday, Aug. 14th at 5pm for installation of underground lines for the Splash Pad. There will also be no access at Boots Street and no access from the Riverside bank parking lot.
