Estab­lished in 1953, South Cen­tral Com­pa­ny, Inc. is a local whole­sale dis­trib­u­tor of heat­ing, air-con­di­tion­ing, plumb­ing, indus­tri­al and com­mer­cial refrig­er­a­tion con­trols, sup­plies, and equip­ment. They cur­rent­ly ser­vice and sup­ply con­trac­tors, trades­men, ser­vice tech­ni­cians, indus­try, and insti­tu­tions. With 65 com­pa­ny asso­ciates trained and expe­ri­enced through­out their six loca­tions, their goal is to serve the cus­tomer. South Cen­tral’s mis­sion is to devel­op busi­ness rela­tion­ships that cre­ate val­ue for the cus­tomers, asso­ciates, sup­pli­ers, and shareholders.

This past May, the Mar­i­on – Grant Coun­ty Cham­ber of Com­merce and mem­bers of the com­mu­ni­ty were present to help cel­e­brate the new­ly remod­eled kitchen and bath­room show­room. Both design­ers and reps were avail­able to assist in explain­ing all the top brand appli­ances that were on dis­play. This show­room is a great resource with­in the com­mu­ni­ty for those who are home­own­ers look­ing to make improve­ments, or for those who are in the process of build­ing their own home. With South Central’s main goal being to build rela­tion­ships and please the cus­tomer, they are sure to make a dif­fer­ence here in Mar­i­on and Grant County.
