Road Closures and Parking Restrictions for Miracle Event, 11/18/23 Share

The fol­low­ing roads will be closed for the ​“Mir­a­cle on 3^rd and 4^th Street” down­town event includ­ing the Christ­mas Parade, this Sat­ur­day, Novem­ber 18^th, 2023:

• SR 18 E & W (3^rd and 4^th Street) between Bald­win Ave. (bypass) and Penn­syl­va­nia Street will be closed from 6 – 8pm.
• Wash­ing­ton St. between 3^rd and 4^th St., and 4^th and 5^th St., will be closed from 11am-8pm.
• Adams St. between 3^rd and 4^th St. will be closed from 11am-8pm.

*There will also be no park­ing along the parade route (Wash­ing­ton St. from the Wash­ing­ton St. Bridge to 6^th St., 6^th St. from Wash­ing­ton to Adams St., then Adams from 6^th to 1^st St.), and around the Grant Coun­ty Cour­t­house Square from 8am-8pm.
