Norfolk and Southern will be closing the railroad crossing on Troy Avenue approximately 1⁄4 of a mile south of Sherron Place beginning December 3rd, 2019 for rail repair. The reopening is scheduled for December 6th. The Cardinal Greenway is also closed between Troy and Miller Ave. during this time.
