Norfolk & Southern Railroad will close East River Blvd. between Branson and Vine Streets starting Monday February 3rd at 9am through Tuesday, February 4th, 2020 at 3pm. This is to clean debris from their railroad bridge over the Mississinewa River, weather permitting.
