The City of Marion is seeking an energetic, self-starting individual for a full-time Building and Grounds Manager.
Job Responsibilities: Oversees all maintenance and housekeeping functions for the City building and grounds; maintains inventory of supplies; prepares annual departmental budget; assigns and coordinates work duties for community corrections and summer youth employees.
Qualifications: Completion of secondary education or combination of training and work experience in building and mechanical maintenance including electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, etc.; must possess a valid driver’s license.
