Mar­i­on shows a low crime rate and great school sys­tem com­pared to the oth­er 7,000 cities stud­ied through­out the Unit­ed States. 

Three oth­er Indi­ana cities also made the list of rec­om­mend­ed cities nation­wide to buy a home for under $100K. Rich­mond was #1, Ander­son was #8, and Muncie came in at #9.
