City­wide Main­te­nance is seek­ing appli­cants for a full-time labor­er posi­tion in the Parks Department.

Job respon­si­bil­i­ties: Under gen­er­al super­vi­sion, per­forms a wide vari­ety of skilled and unskilled build­ing, mechan­i­cal and grounds tasks to assist in the main­te­nance of city park prop­er­ties and facil­i­ties; oper­ates trucks and light equip­ment for con­struc­tion, main­te­nance and repair of roads and city property.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions: Any com­bi­na­tion of edu­ca­tion, train­ing and expe­ri­ence which pro­vides the nec­es­sary skills, knowl­edge and abil­i­ties to per­form the work of this posi­tion; must pos­sess valid Com­mer­cial Driver’s License (or abil­i­ty to obtain one with­in six (6) months).
