This is a notice to tax­pay­ers that the Mar­i­on Com­mon Coun­cil will hold a pub­lic hear­ing dur­ing their reg­u­lar meet­ing on Tues­day, April 17^th at 7:00pm in the Coun­cil Cham­bers of City Hall. The pub­lic hear­ing is for a pro­posed amend­ment to an ordi­nance reg­u­lat­ing the exca­va­tion and restora­tion of street and alley pave­ment with­in the pub­lic rights of way under the City of Mar­i­on juris­dic­tion.
