Brad Evans has been employed with the City of Marion’s Citywide Maintenance Department for almost one year. Within that time, he has been tasked with working on the police fleet and maintaining City vehicles. Although his tenure is developing, Brad has continually gone above and beyond his work duties with meticulous attention to detail in diagnosing issues and resolving them.

He also took on the challenge of turning one of the City’s people-movers into a magical Christmas float for the Walkway of Lights Parade. He took his personal time on weekends and evenings designing and building the float.

He has never shied away from a challenge presented to him. In fact, he has far exceeded our expectations. Brad Evans is a unique individual and a pleasure to work with. He is the definition of an excellent work ethic.” – James Loftis, Citywide Maintenance Superintendent
