Prop­er­ty own­er, Carey Ser­vices, seeks a Devel­op­ment Stan­dard Vari­ance for their prop­er­ty locat­ed at 2724 S. Carey St. 

Also, prop­er­ty own­er, Vick­ie Rus­sell, seeks a Devel­op­ment Stan­dard Vari­ance for her prop­er­ty locat­ed at 723 W. 6^th St.
