Adams & Washington Closed STARTING TODAY (6/25/25), SR 18 Lane Restrictions Share

Adams and Wash­ing­ton Streets are closed start­ing TODAY, June 25^th, 2025 for approx­i­mate­ly five days, and inner lane restric­tions are in place on SR 18 E and W. Crews were able to start soon­er than planned around the Cour­t­house Square for bricks to be replaced with asphalt in accor­dance with Indi­ana Depart­ment of Trans­porta­tion specifications.

Phase #1:

Road Clo­sures:

• Adams St. between SR18 E and W
• Wash­ing­ton St. between SR18 E and W

This will be the inside por­tion around the Cour­t­house Square. Phase #1 will take approx­i­mate­ly five days begin­ning WEDNES­DAY, June 25^th. When Phase #1 is com­plete, Phase #2 will start.

Phase #2:

Lane Clo­sures:

• SR 18 E and W (out­er lanes of the Cour­t­house Square)

This phase will take approx­i­mate­ly five days to complete.

*Detour signs and lane clo­sures will be placed.
*No park­ing is per­mit­ted in this area dur­ing the demo­li­tion and construction.
