Code Enforcement Department
The City of Marion is seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to serve as a Code Enforcement Officer. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $43,818.00. Applications/Resumes will be accepted through Friday, September 4, 2026.

Job responsibilities: Responsible for the enforcement of City codes and ordinances; conduct
investigations and make reports for code violations; perform other duties assigned by the
Building Commissioner.
Qualifications: Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the
necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the work of this position; must possess a valid
driver’s license.
