City Hall Security Officer, MPD
The Marion Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of City Hall
Security Officer.
This position is Part Time (29 hours per week). Pay rate is $20 an hour.
Job Summary: Provide security for Marion Municipal Complex by maintaining control of City
Hall entrances including operating Weapon Detection System.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or its equivalent, valid Indiana operator’s license
Must be able to pass a background check including a polygraph examination
Must be able to complete the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy Pre-Basic training
