"James has implemented programs to improve the efficiency of his department while reducing its operating expenditures. He is a department head who leads by example. There is nothing that James asks of his employees that he himself has not done to ensure a task gets completed. His return to Citywide Maintenance has proven invaluable in ensuring that the citizens of Marion receive the service that they have come to expect." – Mike Flynn, Chief of Staff, City of Marion

Thank you, James, for your initiations, your hard work, and displaying an example of high character.

The specific project was identified and directed by Citywide Maintenance Director, James Loftis.
